Manufacturing Facilities

Built in 1991 to meet increased product demand, our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is the largest facility of its kind, producing more than 30,000 heat pumps a year. Located on 15 acres in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the facility has 115,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space combined with the most advanced lab facility and engineering design capabilities in the industry.Every pool heater is manufactured to exacting standards. Each and every component is scanned and bar coded to insure that every unit receives only the components designed specifically for that unit. During the assembly process components are tested and re-tested insuring quality and performance our dealers and their customers demand.Upon completion of the assembly process, every finished unit is run tested, the performance recorded and archived by computer, then packaged for delivery and distribution to our network of quality dealers.
